Thalassemia Carrier Detection
Thalassemia Career Detention Camp was organized by NGO
Eureka in collaboration with Saradamani High School and
Rampur High School students where total test was conducted
over 108 students & out of them 3 were positive
Blood Donation Camp
Initiation of Blood Donation Camp from 2012 at Chaitanyapur
Kukrahati Road in collaboration with Durga Mandir&Market
Committee of chaitanyapur & Haldia Sub-Divisional Hospital.
Donation of School Bags to needy children
In 2016, we distributed school bags to the poor needy students of different
schools like Chaitanyapur Primary School & other Primary Schools.
Swachh Bharat Abhiyan
From In collaboration with Indian Oil Corporation Limited we organised many
swach Bharat Abhiyan with couple of numbers school & college As example
Kasberia Primary School ,Bhupathinagar Trilochan High School, Primary School
Bajitpur High School,Primary School Krishnapur High School Rehabilitation
High School &Meghnath Saha College, Ranichak Government College etc we do
several Drawing Competition on Swachh Subject , donating Dustbins & many
more different programs from
2015 to today 2022.
SHG Group Training to strengthen women’s economically
Self-help groups are formed with the help of village girls& Women’s in the
proper guidance of eureka to uplift them economically. We conduct a wellequipped training program in collaboration with Tata Chemicals to make jute
accessories. They have become self-reliant by making jute bags and rugs. After
training period they make & sell some of the bags to companies who needed
them. The girls are being trained in fishing and fish farming also
Help to Cancer Patients
Providing nutrition to the illness-affected, especially
children, is one of the most effective ways of fighting
cancer so we contributed some nutritious fruit packet
every year & also helped Rs. 5000 to twenty cancer
patients for a total of Rs. 1 lakh, a little contribution
most needy patients.
Tree Plantation
A clean pollution free environment is what everyone wants and
deserve.However, rapid commercialization and industrialization has
taken a toll on the environment. NGO EUREKA have taken initiative
to clean up the environment by promoting the much needed tree
plantation work. Every year we plant trees in different places of Haldia.
Establishment of Bus Parking (Chaitanyapur-Kukrahati Road)
In collaboration with Vivekananda Mission Ashram, & Eureka ,
a joint venture bus parking Shed was arranged at the rest Yatris
& Bus driver, helpers, conductors at Chaitanyapur.
HIV Carrier detection Camp
Unprotected Sex and Low Condom Usage happen to be the driving
causes for HIV transmissions, accountable for about 90% of newly
infected cases in India so we arrange an awareness programme. HIV
Carrier Detection cum awareness camp was held in Durgachak
Stadium.
Protecting Farmers from thunder & lightning
The amount of lightning in the world has increased so
farmers have to face various problems during cultivation.
Hence the Eureka donated cane banded umbrella to farmers
so that lightning does not directly occur
Yoga Day Programme
Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual practice which
originated in ancient India. NGO EUREKA
organised Yoga programme in Baroda Railway
Station on World Yoga Day.
No Plastic Bag Day Programme
Aimed at reducing the environmental degradation
from improper disposal of used plastic bags, the No
Plastic Bag Day program applies a “market”
instrument to discourage consumers from using
plastic bags to carry items purchased. In the
program, participating stores do not give out plastic
bags. For this reason, Eureka distributed & promote
use of jute bag
